Raisa would be the crown of any kennel anywhere in the world. She has near perfect conformation, she is thick boned, muscular and moves smoothly and powerfully. It took 2 years of weekly phone calls to convince Raisa's owner that he should let me have her.

I saw a couple of hundred Boerboel whilst in South Africa but Raisa stood out. Her conformation and balance were as close to perfection as a Boerboel, or any other breed I have ever seen, could be. I was shocked when Kobus agreed to let me have her, as I didn't really think a dog of this quality would leave Africa.

It is an honour to have Raisa in my yard, but it is also a responsibilty. I have been trusted with her, and I intend to breed some world-class offspring from her. I believe I have the right stud dogs to do just that.
